I've been interested in food my entire life, always being involved in the kitchen with my mother and grandmother, who put me through my first round of culinary school. After studying photography and psychology at The University of Michigan, I returned to my love of cooking and attended National Culinary School, right here in San Diego. I have experience private cheffing as well as working in catering and personal kitchens.
My love of food has allowed me to share fun and healthy ways of eating with friends and family, which led me to becoming my own personal chef. I took my knowledge from culinary school, lost 40 pounds, and lowered my fiancĂ©’s cholesterol significantly, just by eating smart and healthy.
I've always enjoyed cooking special meals for the people around me. I feel that more people would eat healthy if they knew how good it really is! I look forward to cooking for you.
